Juan was born in Guatemala and moved to Papillion when he was five years old. He loves how Omaha-Council Bluffs has become more vibrant since his childhood, but continues to be tight-knit. Juan enjoys helping kids in our community to have the opportunities they deserve.

A Missouri native, but a two-time Nebraska resident, Russell recently moved back to Omaha before joining Omaha Community Foundation. It has grown to feel like home because he regularly encounters people who speak lovingly and supportively of the children in the community.
